Agent Guide
Overview
Deadlock specializes in area denial and defensive setups with her nanowire-based abilities. Her kit excels at punishing aggressive pushes and creating zones where enemies must proceed with extreme caution.
Playstyle
Play Deadlock as an anchor sentinel who can lock down sites effectively. Use her nanowire deployables to create defensive networks and her sonic sensor to gather information about enemy positions.
Team Synergy
Excellent with controllers who can force enemies into her utility, and duelists who can capitalize on trapped opponents. Works well in defensive setups with other sentinels.
Best Maps
Most effective on maps with narrow chokepoints like Split and Bind, where her nanowire barriers can effectively control movement.
Pro Tips
- Place GravNet at common rush points to slow pushes
- Use Sonic Sensor to watch flanks
- Combine Barrier Mesh with other utility for maximum effect
- Save Annihilation for post-plant or retake scenarios
