Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using our VALORANT Discord Bot and Web Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or
use our services.
User Accounts:
To utilize our services, you may need to create a user account by logging in with either your
Discord or Riot Games credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Data Collection and Storage:
We collect and store user data securely for the sole purpose of providing our services to you.
This data includes but is not limited to Discord or Riot Games usernames, preferences, and
gameplay statistics. We do not share this information with any third parties without your
explicit consent.
Opting Out:
You have the right to opt out of our services at any time. You can do so by using the /unlink
command within Discord or by visiting the profile settings on our Web Dashboard and deleting
your account. Upon opting out, all of your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
User Conduct:
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must
not engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to hacking,
phishing, or spamming.
Intellectual Property:
All content and materials provided through our services, including but not limited to text,
graphics, logos, and images, are the property of their respective owners and are protected by
copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability:
We strive to provide accurate and reliable services, but we cannot guarantee the completeness,
accuracy, or reliability of any information provided. You agree that we shall not be liable for
any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or
inability to use our services.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior
notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued
use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Kingdom of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
